Relaxing exactly as I wanted.

Excellent staff especially Ms. Sohiala at the reception guest relationship and Mr. Hossam at the restaurant. Also, night entertainment was very good

Best Memorable Moments

Best hotel in Alamein. Best customer service ever. Excellent sea view. Capacious room. Excellent food taste and wide variety. Super clean. Friendly staff. Lots of beverages anytime & anywhere, many pools with different depths to suit all ages. Highly qualified personnels. The beach is exceptional. It has too many comfortable places to use and many site scenes to take memorable photos. Best value for money though.Thank you for every unforgettable moment. Recommend it. Will come back sure.

Beyond Luxury

A perfect Resort, love the place the food and the service. Thank you Reception Team, Atef especially goes beyond. Also guest Relation team especially Sara, Riham and a third lady really made my stay a special one. Also in the main restaurant hady and all his colleges best service ever. Animation team were very good with kids. The kids were very happy. I hope i didn't forget anyone. All the resort staff are very professional.

Thanks for Ms.Mira and Mr.Atef for their support and understanding We liked the food and the variety

We came from Saudi Arabia to spend 3 nights in 5 star resort to enjoy the activity but it was under our expectations. (the spa was under maintenance and they didn't annouce either in their website or in booking. com) The swimming pool was cold and we I ask them ,they told us they removed the heater in order to extend the restaurant) The Jacuzzi inside the cabana was also with cold water ...it's disappinted No animation team ,No show at night They bring a team to sing and they ask people to sing We spend the whole night in our room until 11:30 and two much noise because they are using the main entrance under the rooms for singing

Great Hospitality!

I have travelled all over the world to many beaches. Until I visited the beach bars at this hotel, I have never experienced this level of service, attentiveness, devotion, friendliness, and helpfulness. Mr. Ramadan Dawod, Mr. Hanafy Mahmood, Mr. Ahmed Bayoomi and Mr. (King) Farooq made my family and I feel like we are home, and that our satisfaction and comfort were their most important objective. I have stayed at this hotel for five nights and their sense of service and responsibility never diminished at all. In fact, it became a challenge for me to see how far they are welling to go to make my family and I happy; they succeeded every time! I would like to mention also that Jalal (house keeping), Sara and Reham (from customer care), Hisham (from the pool bar), and Aziz (from the Life Guard team) made my stay more memorable. For that, I thank them for the personal service they have provided. For nothing else, I will come again and again for those awesome great service!

The property was still under renovation; the rooms require much work still to get the 4/5 star status. Pesticide control schedule needs to be looked at: The fumes shouldn’t be released while the guests are out and about. The Burkini and the Couples/Family Only policies need to be looked at to cater for their guests better.

Location is good .

Location is good . Guest relation including Sara / Maya . Reception Hesham were helpfull. i used the car to and from Airport , drivers were also polite .

SPA facilities speacailly the bathrooms is not clean and not ready for guests , maintenance people opened the steam room and start talking to each other while the door is opened and i was inside.

Excellent food , Excellent staff, Very confortable stay

The food was excellent with very high quality and a huge variety. The staff was very caring and professional. The room was extra clean. The sea shore is beautiful. The beach is perfect white sand, clean and calm. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the holidays!

Wifi was weak in our room. The hotel deserves a 10/10 once wifi improved.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Food was good overall, and the staff exellent. The beach could have been better. The Turkish a la carte restaurant was outstanding. It should be better promoted because it deserves more clientelle than we saw there. The view from our suite was wonderful, and the room was well appointed, although the fittings were a bit tired here and there

The sheltered beach was OK but it could have been better designed and executed.
